Randy is an entrepreneur, college professor of business, communications, English and psychology and a writer who has developed many skills through his career, education and training.
Additionally, he holds a Masters degree in
Counseling Psychology and is a practicing registered professional counselor, a registered reflexologist, reiki master and equine massage therapist.
As an avid equestrian, he and his family have created an equestrian facility, where they not only train and compete in equestrian events, but also conduct corporate retreats, serving organizations and individuals in business, health care and education.
Moreover, he is the program director for Country Sunset Stables Growth and Learning program, which serves all mental health needs for individuals, families and groups.
Furthermore, he has presented on many topics in psychology, writing, publishing,education, equine education, and showjumping clinics in Canada and the United States.

Chelsea Roy is from Belle River, Ontario, Canada. Chelsea has received two diplomas through St. Clair College; Developmental Service Worker and Child and Youth Care Worker.
Chelsea specializes in working with children and adults with developmental disabilities ranging from ages four to sixty-five.
Additionally, she works with children ages four to twelve in various settings and enjoys working with adolescents. During the final internship portion of the Child and Youth Worker program Chelsea was able to learn and practice running equine assisted counseling activities.
Moreover, Chelsea is an author. Her recent treatment programming book for children and youth entitled, "Children and Horses Achieving Together (CHAT): a ten- week equine assisted counseling treatment plan for children and youth." is available by contacting Country Sunset Stables.
